I weigh all my meat and anything where 1 serving size is in ounces or grams (ex. like big tubs of yogurt and one serving size is 8 oz.).Vegetables i just use a measuring cup and fruits I just eyeball. I also use measuring spoons for things like salad dressing, olive oil, ketchup, etc.

Oh and I got my scale (digital) at target for like $30 I think.
