they sell it on QVC (item K19989) for $24.62 but I am sure that you could find a better deal online or on ebay.
I weight about 99% of everything that isn't already predetermined by packaging. I HAVE to know exactly how many calories I'm eating so that I can document it in my food journal.
i dont measure everything but i do measure a great deal.. thing like leafy greens i just eyeball.. and i use calorie king which makes it very easy since 90% of what i eat is there.. pasta i always weigh becuase its way to easy for me to go over bord with it lol.. love the stuff.. but the bulk of what i eat is veggies and alot of the time i dont weigh them.. the meat and potato and pasta get weighed everytime.. so does avocado and cheese/ milk... all the thig calorie dense i neef to weigh.. lol but hey its working so.. im not changing what i do.. it only take a second to do it..
I weigh everything. I have an Oxo scale that I got online, paid about $50 for it. I'm pretty sure I paid too much, I bought it directly from the vendor instead of waiting for it to b back in stock with Amazon.
i just bought a food scale last week so that i could weigh the food items that are a bit harder for me to eyeball. like when my hummus says "1 oz"...i like to weigh that because i don't want to go overboard when that small bit is 80 calories in and of itself. it gives me peace of mind to know that i'm not over estimating things anymore.
I measure my cereal and milk. I also count my raw almonds before eating them. I buy such a small quantity of meat (16 oz) in each package I know what 4 oz. looks like usually. I am still thinking to get a scale though.
I count, measure and weigh everything. You know, at first it was a bit tedious to remember to do but it's become a very natural thing, same as getting a plate out of the cabinet or a fork from the drawer - it's all how I eat.
I weigh things that need weighing - yoghurt, fruits etc. Obviously if a packet of something says it weighs 35gms, I don't bother measuring that.
I used to use an old-fashioned scale but I've recently gotten a new digital scale and it's my new best friend.
I measure everything....dry foods, drinks...you name it. As time goes on i'll start to guess. But I'm doing it to make myself aware of how much i SHOULD be eating.
I measure/weigh pretty much everything. I imagine when I get around my goal I will start eyeballing things more. Right now I could probably eyeball a lot of my common foods, but I still go ahead and measure/weigh them.

I just saw digital scales at Wal-mart for about $20. I use a digital postal scale purchased at the post office for about the same price. There are spring scales at Wal-mart and other stores for really cheap, but they're harder to use and less accurate. Best wishes!
