Rikku, give your body time to do its thing. It takes a couple of days for a calorie surfeit to show up as fat; it will take a little while for a deficit to result in fat loss. Some people lose really quickly in the first week, others find that their bodies resist at first. Be patient (and perhaps think about limiting your weigh-ins to once a week so you don't drive yourself crazy).

I seem to rotate through breakfasts, eating one for a couple of weeks everyday and then changing to something else.

Right now I'm eating:

-1/2 cup rolled oats + 1 cup Silk vanilla soymilk with fiber, sprinkled with cinnamon+ either a banana or small yogurt

Before that, I was eating either cereal with soymilk and a piece of fruit, 2 pieces of toast, one with 1 tsp peanut butter and the other with low sugar fruit preserves with a small yogurt or piece of fruit. I guess I'm pretty boring... haha.
