And here are the RedTeam's Preliminary Results for week 9.

As a team we lost 9.3 pounds or 0.35%.

Our Biggest Loser:

Shanhat, I love your hurricane survival supplies! I got some extra water, which I'll use in the Keurig anyhow. And I have plenty of Medifast bars and canned chicken. My brother has a generator. Here's hoping we don't need it.

so....just now i was walking from one room to another and saw my SHADOW on the floor....and i saw a waistline!!! HELLO LOVELY SHADOW!!!!! LOOKIN' GOOD!!! made me smile!!!!

Awesome NSV Rainbow!!!

Hope everyone is having a great week.
It's going to be a cold Halloween here in Calgary. Currently foggy & snowing and in the 20's. brrrrr
I typically hand out treats while dh takes the kids out. I'll have to make sure I have a hot drink.

So this has been a stressful couple of days.

1) DC area was largely spared, in part due to the summer's derecho, which took out most of the trees that would have fallen.

2) Our windows leaked from the outside -- we're talking GALLONS of water. If we hadn't rigged up some catchers (we're talking tarps made into funnels leading into huge plastic wastebins that had to be emptied and re-emptied), we would have had at least six inches of water in the apt. Our apt building helped us, but it was stressful.

Apparently bailing water is a good workout. Lost a lb this week despite not setting foot in the gym since Sunday.

Hope everyone affected by Sandy is safe. Apparently the city I live in was supposed to have been hit hard, but we fortunately only got a bit of rain and some wind.
