THis week is gonna suck for me guys. its PMS week and I just started new meds as I got diagnosed Bipolar and PCOS. Gotta love the info you get when you have health insurance LOL. I also started working out this week. Hopefully next week will pay off!

Thank you so much for the advice Angie, Evalgeine & Bigmid, it is very much appreciated. Ive been tracking with myfitnesspal and the higest count this week was 1601. Fingers crossed for weigh in tomorrow

EDIT: Down .5 this week...i'll take it , thank you ladies. Was using app from Thursday, so am very pleased to see a loss

Well my scale didn't do as I wanted it to but I really wasn't eating off plan so hopefully my efforts will be reflected next week.

PageLynn & Tkkoz thank you for the Birthday wishes

Well I was down 2lbs as of yesterday but this morning it all caught up to me again....or TOM due tomorrow has so I'm the same.

Had an okay week and was on the treadmill a fair amount. Back to normal life tomorrow again do things should get better. I'm so close to goal it would be nice to get there and stay there.

Well heading out for a walk, not as good of a burn as the treadmill but it's so nice out right now I want to take advantage of it.

I'll post the new threads soon.
