Good morning everyone, and congrats to our biggest losers!

Hope that the week is treating you all well. Now that my schedule is a little more normalized, the scale is back on my side. Hooray! Those times where the scale gets sticky are the worst and feel like forever.

everyone I hope you are all having a good week.

I've managed to stay on track and I am feeling so much better now that I am eating right and exercising again. Weight Loss For Wimps is really helping me to stay focussed and to get my head in the right place in regards to losing weight. I am really glad that I bought the book.

WestCoast Rosa - Have fun at Zumba tomorrow!
Mel - Great idea to try something new this week. Last night I did Zumba for the first time.
rwquilts - Awesome job staying on track at the quilting retreat!
mamamiaa - I hope this weekend goes ok with your inlaws visiting.
mountain mama - I hope your little guy is feeling better soon.
The bread recipe sounds delicious - I love sundried tomatoes.
Burg - Glad to hear the scale is on your side again
rainbow smiles - Great saying! Thanks for sharing
Montecristo - I rented the Wii Zumba game last night and I had a lot of fun with it. I had a hard time picking up some of the moves, but I think with practice I could do it. I rented the first Zumba Fitness game, is the second one even better?

Have a great day everyone!

I'm finding it so hard to work out! When I have the time I'm so tired! I know I need to step it up and get moving. I can't wait till my little guy sleeps longer in the night

Rainbowsmiles: that quote is perfect for me right now!

I haven't played the first one, but based on all the reviews I've read, the second ones fixes every single problem that people had with the first one.

If I don't exercise first thing in the morning, I can't get motivated to do it later in the day.

I'd rather get my exercise in early in the day, but I'm not a morning person. So my rule is unless I'm going to an evening yoga class on my day off, exercise early on my days off, just fit it in somewhere on the other days. Today I got out of work at 6 (which is my early day), so I ran before dinner. Ran 40 minutes, walked 3. Almost got 3 miles in - I'll hit that 5k mark yet!

Thanks for that quote, rainbow!

Mountainmama: I find that I get out of breath and sweat like crazy when I do aerobic DVDs. Must be that we're using our whole body and moving differently. Way to go on getting exercise in!

My hubby and I decided that I need a set time to go work out so that I'll go and not feel guilty for leaving him with Ben while I have alone time. I'm going to go first thing in the morning before Ben wakes up for the day and hubby is going to give him his morning bottle while I'm gone. I have high hopes that it will start to melt the weight off

Hi there-
Sorry to be MIA- not intended at all.
Work is just a bit out of hand & Loads of activities in the evening- school council has just started up, LONG meeting tonight.

My 'new' thing I've been trying this week is almond butter. So yummy. I've been having it on an english muffin in the late morning and it's been quenching my hunger instantly and it lasts.

Hope everyone is doing well.

Last night during my run my IT band got super tight and was a bother for the rest of the night. I have been stretching like crazy and it feels a lot better. I am just hoping it keeps improving because I don't want to miss my first zumba class tomorrow night! TGIF (almost)!

Hi everyone
Yesterday, I had an awful migraine that would just not go away. So, basically I did nothing all day and I ate too much I chose healthy foods but I ate too much. I still don't feel 100% today, but I am determined to workout and stay on track with my calories. Not liking what I saw on the scale this morning so I need to kick it up a notch so I can record a loss on Sunday.

Montecristo - I will have to look for the 2nd Zumba Fitness as it does sound like it is better.

Mountain mama - Good for you for exercising I like to use dvds as well.

mamamiia - that's great that you worked something out with your husband. You deserve your me time

Mel - I'm going shopping today so I am going to buy some almond butter. It sounds delicious!

Rosa - Hope you don't have to miss the Zumba class today.

Have a great day!
