Good morning
Well I am not happy with my weigh-in this morning, as I am up 2 lbs. from last week
I know I have been on track with my diet and exercise so I am trying to not let it bother me too much. I have a feeling my muscles are retaining some water as they are still pretty sore from my weight workouts.
MonteCristo - Congratulations on the whoosh! I am hoping for one this week. I saw a video on the Zumba game and it looks really fun! I am going to see if I can rent a copy today.
