Well done Blue Team!

Congratulations Erinmg!

Let's go and make it three weeks in a row guys!

LeslieB Thank YOU for still looking after us whilst on vacation, you're going above and beyond Keep enjoying!

Tkkoz What would the app do? A tracker or something? I've got a C25K app I like on my phone, but just need to wait either for it to warm up so I can start up again outdoors, or for me to get a gym membership before I can really use it!

What's everyone got planned to help them succeed this week? ANyone facing any challenges?

I'm hoping for a really good week, so pumped about this whole thing. The challenge has really come at the right time for me, a great motivator to keep me on my positive wave of energy! Loving having the accountability of clocking my exercise and food on the other threads here, really helps me to make good choices.

This week I hope to be active everyday, I plan to stay on plan all week, no splurges on the horizon, but of course I'll have a treat here and there, got to be realistic!

I'd LOVE to see a big loss this week, and am going to do everything I can to make it happen! I want to be no longer obese and out of the 190s by this time next week please.

Have a great week three guys!

Congrats everyone!!!!

So upset I missed the weigh in although when I got around to it I was at the same (179lbs). I'm pushing hard this week for a big number on Sunday so hopefully I can make it happen. :-)

Beautiful on plan day Love it when I can say that!

Lyla Think I'll be joining the sore camp tomorrow, but no pain, no gain right?! Or in our cases, that should be no pain, no loss maybe?!

Ange Really hope you can make it happen, good luck!

Ennay Ahhhhh OK, well, may normal service resume!

G'night Blues, see you on the other side for hopefully another great day!

Takingcontrol : Totally agree with that! I love to have this little soreness that let you know the workout was intense, but after changing routine (or starting) is not fun that we can't even move

Yay Blue team, I'm so glad to see everyone here!

I'm hoping for another loss this week, but it's TOM & I've got a cold, so I'm not grooving on the weight loss thing right now. *sigh* But I'm not giving up!!!

Hi guys! Since my husband has been home and on leave I've been trying to maintain but today I'm back on the wagon and ready to lose again. I've been slacking and making too many excuses the past couple of weeks and I need to get my motivation back. The way I see it I've got 5 months to get my butt in gear because I refuse to spend another summer fat.

I would love to see three weeks in a row!

well, mixed day here, started well, had a wobble (and choc bar and pack of sweets) in the middle, but ended on a high! I wish I could stay in control all of the time, but, I know I should be thankful I'm in control more than not nowadays, so a couple of hours of negativity and a semi binge is nothing too bad.

And, tomorrow is another day!!

On a good note, tried a new aquadance class tonight, and loved it, can't wait for next Tuesday!

Have a good one guys, keep going!!!

Congrats everyone!!

I'm still fighting the same bug, tomorrow I try my 5th antibiotic. Unfortunately, I had to stay on the prednisone, so i don't know what will happen on the scale. The past week, I stayed the same, I can only hope to be so lucky again, I feel like my fingers are swollen. I just hope this one works, so I can get my life back!

Good morning Blue Team! I hope you are all doing well. I am glad I joined this challenge, it gives me a little more motivation. I don't want to let you all down.

I'm hoping for a good loss this week, hopefully my 'calorie cycling' over the weekend doesn't forestall a loss for our team!

BethC - yuck, I'll bet your tummy is not loving you right now. Antibiotics and steroids tear me up. I hope this new one works for you!

takingcontrol - sounds like you really have the right mindset for success. A little slip is not going to matter in the long run! Yay for positive thinking and yay for new exercise classes!

erinmg - Yeah! Go team Blue!!

Lambiechop - I'm glad you've been enjoying your time with your husband! I'm also glad to see you getting yourself pumped back up for your plan again!

BethC : Hope you feel better. Antibiotics makes me sick >,<

Well i'm happy cause my water retention is finally over, but i know TOM is coming in a couple of days ... but well. Today a little bit lower than the lowest weight i had this year so very happy about that.
