Congrats on another win this week Blue Team!

I've been working out A LOT lately, so my poor sore muscles are retaining a lot of water. I'm going to do some light yoga today, and workout either tomorrow or Friday, then I'm going to take the weekend off from working out (at least anything strenuous for sure) and just stick to my regular calorie counting. I think that will give my muscles a chance to heal and stop retaining so much water. I'm also shooting for 80 oz of water a day, I'm at around 50 right now, so I'll make it just fine by bedtime. I love being hydrated, it always makes me feel so much better!

Ugh, I'm just having an anxious, cruddy day today TOM is coming, and my body is sore. Lots of water and whole foods for me today, hopefully a good night's rest, then working out at 6 AM tomorrow. Hope it helps, I just feel very blah.

Feeling great this week. Not having soreness and the diet is good. My body is responding well to it

Hi guys,

Just a quick hello from me, mad end to the week. Big presentation at uni tomorrow, and then even bigger assessed teaching practice next week, which I have LOADS to prepare for.

Managing to pretty much keep on top of it all food and exercise wise, which I'm pleased about.

Keep going everyone, let's have blue top three weeks in a row!

Woke up with TOM! Hopped on the scale and am already up by 1.1 pounds. I am determined to lose while on it, never have before, but everything has a first right

Happy Weekend Everyone!

I saw an amazing number on the scale this morning, but I'm not talking about it until it sticks, would love it to be my weigh in weight on Sunday though!

Got a really busy weekend assignment writing, but will fit in exercise and hope to eat well.

Tonight I tried out Hydro Jog, it was great! That coupled with a little length swimming means 55 more minutes added to the tally

Think slim everyone, weigh in day is nearly here!

I like that, visualization is very helpful!

Hope ya all are having a great week. Worked my rear off today taking tubs out to storage. Lots of squats to lift em and them put em down again. Wore the dog out that follows me around. She finally called nap after the 10th trip.

Good luck on the the last chance workouts and weigh in's!

Happy weekend, all! Still recovering from bronchitis, which is good and bad for my weight - bad because I haven't been exercising, but good because I haven't had much appetite! Also been sleeping and eating at odd hours. All told, I was down a pound for the week as of yesterday!

Unfortunately, Chinese New Year is this weekend, so there are lots of dinners and parties to attend. It's Christmas all over again! Going to have to make sure to be as active as possible over the holidays, since I don't go back to work until January 30th. Will be very tempting to sit around the house watching movies, playing computer games and staring at my new 4S all day!

Hope you're all having a great week, and good luck with weigh-in tomorrow!!! Keep it up, Blues!

Well done Rainydays!

Slowrunner enjoy Chinese New Year!

I saw a lovely low number again on the scale today, but it's tomorrows that counts. And today I've been pretty on plan with food, but not exercised, well not left my assignment all day, and feeling pretty bloated. Hoping the scales are still kind to me!

Good luck for weigh in guys!

I decided not to weigh-in today. I'm still on prednisone and then TOM showed up as well. I'm on another antibiotic, I hope this one works!

Given that I can't seem to do anything about this illness, I've decided to really focus on what I'm eating, not use it as an excuse.

Have a good weekend everyone!

Hi Bluesers

Sorry I've been MIA, some personal and business challenges lately. Staying pretty much on plan, did a little movement today. Trying slowly to eliminate sugar from my diet. Scale is down a couple pounds, even though I've had a few slip ups. Here's to another winning week for Blue!!! Congrats to our BLs too, you guys are our inspiration.

I'm thrilled to report a 5.5lb loss today, so happy! I try to follow the thought pattern that the numbers on the scales aren't the most important thing, that no one sees those, that it's how you look and fell that mattter blah blah blah! But, there is nothing better than seeing those numbers disappear!

These numbers also see me no longer in the obese BMI category, and see me having less to lose than already lost, two great milestones

Good luck to everyone still to weigh in, let's win this thing 3 weeks in a row!

I've got a busy day assignment writing today, and got a football match to watch, but will fit in at least an hour of workout, as I took yesterday off, due to paining legs!

Enjoy the rest of the weekend everyone!

Doragone sorry to hear about your problems, but well done on recording a loss in a difficult week!

BethC really hope you're feeling better soon!

Down 1.4 this week. TOM is here so I'm hoping for a nice big whoosh number next weighin. I hope everyone had a great week. Being busy means I'm not around much but I need to try harder to get more involved. =)
