Hello Red Team!
I'm really excited to participate in a BL challenge with all of you. I've been on a weight loss journey for about 3 yrs. And found myself struggling to lose the last 15 lbs. The scale makes me jump for joy or scream out in rage.
I think it's time for me to truly commit to getting into shape. No more cake, cookies and other random junk food. And a whole lot more circuit training, cardio, and meditation.
Goals:
- Complete 10 hrs of exercise each week.
- Stay OP with diet at least 90% of the time.
- Limit alcohol consumption
- Sign-up and run a 5K & 10 race by the end of Aug.
