Well ladies, no spring weather here unfortunately. Lots and lots of rain though. So glad the weekend is here, but then bummed because its raining outside and I hate the rain!! Anyways, been on plan this week. Not expecting a huge loss because of last weeks big number but I'm hoping for something. Exercise was lacking this week which is totally my fault. I'm going to pick it up this next week though. My mom sent that package to me from the states, so I should get it sometime this next week. So excited because its supposed to have a Jillian Michael's dvd in there and also one of the Biggest Loser dvds as well. So pumped to get those!! Hope everyone has a great weekend.

Well cloudy here today and yes the rain is suppose to be coming so hopefully it will wash away some snow and sand off the streets so I can get the bike out and ride when it warms up just alittle more

On a good note I lost 4.8 pounds this week - yipeeee

Well pretty quiet on here but it is the weekend which means catch up time
Have a great day

CanadaMel--that sounds so cool! I want to see pics now, lol
This was my first tattoo....I was there all day and all we got done was the black, so I have to book another full day just to do the color! Am not looking forward to that because just the black hurt like a mo-fo, and there is twice as much color to do.....eep! I've attached photos--if you can imagine it, there will be a rainbow created by colors inbetween the music lines. The colors will come down to spiral off. Below the music lines will be a bunch of blue/teal hues that match up to the rainbow (last color on the rainbow will be purple), and the blues will have some more little stars to create a sky like effect. The stars won't be outlined really when it's done, they'll just be negative space surrounded by the color.

Shan--hope your DVDs get there soon!

Well, scale was down 3 pounds this week even with the olive garden on Tuesday....that sodium weight really dropped off quick! No complaints here, lol. I actually have another date tonight (I know....almost 5 years with no dates, and now 2 in one week!) so I probably won't be POP, but I'm not going to be the kind of girl who goes on a date and then just orders a side salad with no dressing.

Well, hope everyone has a great weekend, and whoosh fairies to you all!

Jessica- OMG I love the tattoo! It looks amazing. You've been planning it for awhile if I remember correctly. So glad you made your 100lb lost goal to get it. Do you mind if I ask the significance of this tattoo? Just curious. Also congrats on the 3lbs! Your still killing me girl. Everytime you post a weight loss its like a kick in the butt for added motivation and inspiration for me. You started where I am just below now. Keep rockin it girl!!!

Down another 4lbs this week! Glad to see the scale keep moving after standing still for the past 3 months. Woohoo! Plus I think once those dvd's arrive I will kick my butt into gear doing more exercise and then can really drop some more weight. I'm going home to the states for the first time in a year and a half at the first of July and I really want to show that I worked hard in losing weight while I had the time and opportunity to focus on me.

You youngins' with these HUGE weight losses! Way to go. You are an inspiration to me & my metabolism
2.5 lb loss this week which is big for me-a delayed reaction to all the aerobics last week maybe?

Monte- I did C25K last spring, I kept running through Oct. Then stopped for the winter season. I started going to the gym instead and that has helped keep my stamina/endurance at a pretty good level.
I keep saying I should try a 10k-I think I'm there mentally, but not physically.
I'm off to work-have agreat day all!

Hey ladies. I've been reading but not posting because I feel kind of sh**ty. I know when you're not doing well is when you NEED to post but I just like to hide away. The end of February was a mess for me; I was sooooo off plan. Just after posting my gain last week my weight jumped even higher (it's like it all caught up to me over night)! I actually managed to lose back 3 of the pounds but that still left me with a gain for this week.

I'm doing better now, I've gotten back to tracking my points and getting some cardio in. The weather is really nice this weekend so I'm trying to enjoy it before the rain comes in, by walking outside.

Congrats on all the big losses this week ladies!
Shan- It's going to be so exciting to go home and show your friends and family all your amazing progress!
Jessica- Can't wait to see the finished tattoo, sounds like the color is going to be really cool.

Ugh... just a reminder to check labels carefully at the grocery store.

So I was in a hurry and went over the the lean ground beef section and was looking for the one with the lightest weight (cooking for one, I always end up having to buy way more than I need and then it gets all freezer burned). So I get home and start cooking; then I notice it looks waaaaay too greasy. I look at the label again and, sure enough, I grabbed the one package that had been misplaced. It was regular beef, ugh!
