okay... so I have been seriously MIA to the chat thread and I apologize immensely! I unfortunately have been going through some pretty nasty personal stuff and have really just put it behind me. I know my weight for this week looks really bad, but it really does not reflect how well I have done all week. My weigh in days at Weight Watchers are Mondays, so the weight I posted is from last Monday. This has been the first full week that I have been 100% on plan. No slip ups, no evil food, didn't miss a class (I'm taking Zumba and Step now), and have been planning ahead all week. I just wanted to let everyone know that I'm really back and ready to lose some weight. I know I will see a loss on the scale tomorrow night! Sorry again for the gain...
