You rock Echo, compulsion notwithstanding
Why thank you Mercy03!!! :

Sounds like everyone is doing great! I am feeling less stressed and still doing well on the eating. No exercise though. it's taking all my energy taking care of Matty & keeping this house clean and germ free. The scale has gone down a few ounces. So That's good. Anyhoo, back to my chores.

Hugs all!!!

This weeks challenge has done the above for me. I now have taken control of every morsel that I put into my mouth and every step that I take.

Thanks for that Echo!

I'm really busy today getting ready for tomorrow's dinner. I've read all the posts, though (never too busy for that) and see that things are under control in the Blue Team.

I'm loving the challenge, too. It just reminded me I haven't had a drop of water in my body yet--orange juice and milk but no water. Must go guzzle at the faucet.

I weigh in tomorrow but may not get to post here until Sunday but who knows, I may get a moment of peace. But our baby GS will be here and I think he'll occupy any down time.

Take care and have a good weekend.

Just reading your post, I too have forgotten to drink water today. Thanks for the reminder, and have a good weekend as well!

I would just like to report... 154.2 lbs this morning! From 156.8 lbs at weigh in. I just need to get past Thanksgiving Dinner on Sunday (Canadian here) - must not overindulge!

Hi Blusers, Happy Thanksgiving to my Northern-est Bluesers!

Marianne - Special thoughts to you on this very special weekend!

Just dropping in to update that I'm still on-plan, but the stupid scales are resisting my efforts! I'm just about ready to kick them to the curb. But, I won't use food to make myself feel better this weekend. I must stay busy.
Tomorrow morning, I'm planning a photography session at a nearby waterfall. I just found out that there is a lovely 20 foot waterfall about 10 minutes from my house. This is a well kept secret. Other than church on Sunday, I have no fun plans Maybe I'll re-arrange a few closets and drawers and catch up on my boatload of DVR'd shows.

Have a great on-plan weekend!

I'm in the same boat as you this week Rhonda. I've been doing everything according to plan and haven't seen the scale budge an inch this week. As long as we're doing what we know is right it will get there soon. Have a great weekend all.

Happy Thanksgiving all you Canadians!!!

Alwe74 - WAHOO!!!! How good must that feel for you!

Leslie & Girly Girl - That was me last week (except I was up!!) I'm back down this week, so sometimes our bodies just like to be mean and make us work harder.

Diva - glad to hear your son is doing better. You better be doing your workouts and staying OP!!! I'm watching you !

Sweet - WAHOO!!

Well, I hope everyone has a lovely OP weekend!!!! My scale has been crawling back down, so I hope to have a happy weigh in on Monday. Back to ticker weight after a bad week and a half of being up 4 pounds for no reason.

To all the Canadian chicks - have a great Thanksgiving this weekend!
Congratulations!!!

me too , yah nicely said LeslieB! also you've been dropping big numbers consistently each week, so maybe thats why. you know how on the biggest loser they always have a week where they either dont lose that much or nothing at all. i guess thats that week for us!

I'm having a ridiculously busy weekend, so I'll hav eot catch up on personals on Monday, but I just wanted to apologize for the gain last week and a gain this week. It's been a bad week, running from place to place... no time for exercise and eating real food. I'm fighting the urge to just drop out, but I'm hoping that this is it for crappy weeks. Hopefully on Monday I can get back on track... but I said that last week.

Hi ladies! Apparently I only get enough time to check in once a week, so sorry for the lack of personals! At least I made it thru this week's thread... I posted my weight just now since, um...we took the kiddos out for pizza & random junk buffet for the afternoon. We've got a 3yr old and a 5yr old (who missed 3 days of school this week due to vomitting and 102.9 fever), and they've been begging to go since March. DH was finally home on a Saturday, and since my 5 yr old was finally feeling better we decided to splurge. Ugh. I'm sure I've gained a few pounds - even just looking at that stuff makes me gain. Oh well. The kids had a great time, and are completely worn out from the arcade (part of the facility...kinda like a HUGE Chuck E Cheese but w/plenty of stuff for adults too). So I think that means they'll go to bed early tonight so DH and I can rent a movie! Yippee! Anyway, this morning I was down 2.4 from last weigh in, so I figured I'd grab it while I could! Hehehe! Hope everyone is doing well, staying healthy, and just enjoying life!

Hello. Dinner is over and I overate. But it was good and I won't do that again until Christmas ('cause I'm sure to do that, can't lie about it). I'm so sleepy now I can hardly type so I'll catch up tomorrow.
