Bigmid- I haven't yet met with my personal trainer yet, due to the assessment you have to do before, and then they assess what you need and which trainer is best for you. I hope to hear by wednesday. I think my trainer is much less expensive than you would find anywhere else. I am a college student and the trainers are students who are studying some sort of health (sports med, physical therapy, etc.) so the prices are cheaper. It is about $18-$22 an hr depending on the package you buy for students, or $22-$30 for members (non students who use the gym on campus). Ill let you know how I like my trainer. I am going to have them help me rehab from my injury, so it may be different than what you are looking for. Weight loss is only a secondary objective for this. My primary goal is getting back to normal working order.

Well, so behind on reading, and no time to write personals.

Grrr..I thought I had a great week, Food was great, stayed within my pts, and Exercised everyday, but I had a 1 lb gain, sorry guys, that darn scale. I actually do feel much better, staying away from those 100 calorie packs, and tried to pay attention to, if I was truly hungry, thirsty or just bored. So I will continue on this path for this week, and if I need to, will adjust things a bit next week.

Hope everyone has a great week, and I hope to catch up on all the posts.

Wow, I feel like such a bad teammate. Sorry I can't catch up and do personals, but I wanted to check in super fast and update real quick. Hopefully next time I can catch up a bit. I'm going through another move right now, looking for another job while working full-time, and I haven't been able to use my car so I've been taking the bus and train everywhere. All of that translates to not a lot of free time and no cooking, but I've still managed to lose 2 lbs by watching my portion sizes.

(It's actually been more because I went up to 168 before I started losing again, but shhh.)

Anyway, next time I'll try to read through the thread and get caught up. Hope everyone is having a good week

I'm writing with a sad heart today. Asking for prayers for my son's best friend Robbie. He was in a bad motorcyle accident on Sun in Fla. He wasn't wearing a helmet at the time and there is serious head injuries. My son flew down there yesterday to see him 'cause they don't know what the future holds. He is only 26. Please hold him and his family up in your prayers today.

You might look for something like that, a small company may get him home more than the larger companies.
Our biggest problem is our location. We are in Northern Michigan about 50 miles from the interstate and the Mackinaw Bridge. The few local companies around here haul mostly out to Cali then to the east coast. Some of the larger companies are telling him he would be out 4-6 weeks at a time due to our location. There isn't much freight coming back to Michigan and the only thing that seems to go out through our area is steel from Canada and there isn't much of that right now either. I'm trying to convince him that if he does have to go OTR that we should use it as an opportunity to move out of state.

Good morning team! Happy Tuesday.

I'm struggling a little these days and still haven't quite put my finger on what's going on. Trying to tough it out and at least maintain while I sort this out and then we are moving on forwards - I'm more than half way to goal and VERY ready to be there!

Oh my gosh, mary, how terrifying. Will definitely hold him and his family, and your family, in my prayers.
