Sorry I've been MIA, I've been in such a funk the last week or so. I did manage to take care of two things so that less I have on my mind. I feel a little better. My eating has been pretty good except yesterday when I had a marathon reading session fueled by Pepsi. I'm on the hunt for a second job.....again. I hope you are all doing great!
Howdy everyone--just checking in! Unfortunately that jerk TOM has just hit and the scale went up 4 freaking pounds this week. Today 3 1/2 of it is gone, so hoping will actually have lost some weight from the beginning of the week by the weigh in on Monday. I guess even if I don't lose any weight this week, I have lost 14 pounds since our first weigh in, so that will be a good weight loss none the less for our team!
This week challenge has been really difficult for me to meet. I set my workout minutes at 550 for the week, but DD has been pretty sensitive this week, and the childwatch people keep coming to get me after she starts asking for me, so I have not been able to get in my full workouts like I wanted. Normally I would have just not worried about it, but because of this challenge, I have been working out at home too so I can meet my goal. If I am able to get in 1 hr and 40 minutes in today, I will have met my goal...so I am really hoping I can fit it in today!

Hey everyone!!.. Just checking in to see how everyone is.. I had a crappy day.. emotional stuff and the weather is beyond fall-ish.. howling winds and cold rain.. blah..so i ended up snacking way too much out of sheer boredom on top of the emotional triggers.. I managed to get my water all int hough so hopefully will help a lil.. lol 3 workouts planned for tomorrow... now it is time to get to bed so that i can get up and accomplish that tomorrow lol I hope you all had a great weekend, good luck with the weigh-ins! Well I just posted my first weigh in. I'm really disappointed in my number because I did stay on plan for the past two weeks. However, I only lost 3 lbs. I did lose 6 1/2 inches though. I'm not giving up and I can't wait to see what I can do for the rest of the BL challenge. Go RED TEAM!
Hi all, just a quick pop in to let you know I have officially moved into my new place. Of course I forgot my scale but I will pop over to Target tomorrow or Monday and use one of theirs haha. I'm sure I will have a big number, as I have just recently been able to tolerate semi-solid food. It's awful when you want to eat and physically can't. Speaking of which I am due a dinner of mashed potatoes and applesauce. Hope everyone is have a POP weekend so we can rock the Monday weigh in!!!
Hi Reds! I have had a horrible weekend. TOM is kicking my butt, I stayed in bed most of the day today. But, I nought the 6 week BL bootcamp today and plan on starting tomorrow. Wish me luck!
Alright ladies, my weigh in day for the week is Sunday instead of Monday, and even though TOM is still sticking around, at least this morning all the weight I had gained when TOM first arrived is officially gone. Still didn't lose any weight this week, but that means I should have a good number next week when TOM is gone! Anyways, for my first weigh in from my starting weight, is a 15 pound loss! Go Red Team!
I'm still here and cheering everyone on the red team on . It's looking good for me to have a weight loss next week. Bathroom scales are showing a loss of 3lb, and my weigh in day is Wednesday.
So from me and although I may not post everyday I'm still around and a committed member of the Red Team.
Thanks!! I was at 229.0 this AM! And saw 228.6 when I moved. Seeing 229 on the scale this week really helped me stay with counting my calories, and resisting buying bad food. I feel good!

I'm sorry to all those members who had a visit from TOM this week! I know how much it sucks! I always gain at least 3 to 4 lbs during TOM.
My weigh day is Sunday, and I weighed in at 169.0. An overall loss of 1.6 from the beginning of the challenge, but the same as last week. Since TOM hit this week and I usually gain 2 pounds, staying steady seems to be pretty good to me.
