MY committment: 27/30 days (because I know I will miss a day or two)

Reasons: Because I know I need to exercise to continue with the weight loss--it doesn't seem to happen otherwise. Besides--it makes me feel better!

How: Trainer 1/week, Spin class 2/week, swim 2/week, walk/run outside 2/week, yoga 1/week

Reward: More Books!!

Tally: 26/30
9/20-- 1 hour
9/21-- (trainer 1 hour), (walk dogs 1 hour)
9/22-- 1 hour
9/23-- walk dogs 1 hour
9/24-- trainer 1 hour
9/25-- body sculpt 1 hour, 1 hour
9/26-- trainer 1 hour
9/27--5k! 40 min. 30 sec.
9/28--yoga 1 hour, treadmill 2.5 miles
9/29--yoga 1 hour, treadmill 2 miles
9/30--LC workout, stairs during commercials, also, during show, did squats, sit-ups, push-ups, planks, crunches, yoga poses
10/1--trainer 1 hour
10/2--OFF
10/3--trainer 1 hour
10/4--run/walk 4.5 miles about 1 hour 20 minutes.
10/5--swim 1 hour
10/6--trainer 1 hour
10/7--swim 70 minutes
10/8--OFF
10/9--trainer 1 hour
10/10--general gym--1 hour
10/11--4 miles outside run/walk--60 minutes
10/12--5K on Treadmill--38 min. 5 sec. plus other gym--total 60 minutes.
10/13--30 min walk with dogs after work
10/14--40 min walk with dogs after work
10/15--travel day, no exercise
10/16--OFF
10/17--3 mile run outside
10/18--OFF
10/19--4 mile run outside
10/20--travel day, no exercise

I'm late but count me in I commit to exercise at least a half hour every day on the weekends, and an hour each weekday. If the kids are off school or home sick it counts as a weekend day!

reason 1) Fresh air and beautiful weather improves my mood.

sorry i am so late joining in the fun!

I will commit to riding my bike for 30 minutes per day for the next thirty days.

2 good reasons: wyatt(3), and gunnar(1), i love playing with my boys but need more energy to keep up with them.
