30 of the next 30 days And, for
at least 30 minutes. The 30-30-30 !
Reasons: 1) Because I feel better & happier when I'm exercising, 2) if I do it everyday I hope it *will* become habit, and will become part of my life instead of just something "I have to do", 3) it helps me lose weight! which is what I want!
Reward: Hmmm. I will have to think about this one. I'm leaning towards a facial or some new makeup.
My update: 7/30
Day 1, Sun: 60 minutes at gym
Day 2, Mon: 70 minutes on WiiFit
Day 3, Tues: 34 minutes on WiiFit, plus weights/arms
Day 4, Wed: 16 minutes boxing on WiiFit, 46 minutes running/yoga/strength on WiiFit
Day 5, Thurs: 30 min walk
Day 6, Fri: 20 minute walk/jog on treadmill, 40 minutes elliptical
Day 7, Sat: 90 minutes WiiFit & Sports Games with Friends
Day 8, 9, 10 & 11, Sun, Mon, Tues, Weds: sick
I'm going to have to do double workouts to make up for this!
