I've been on vacation, so I'm posting this late, but we did a lot of fabulous exercise:
Week One 9/14: 9/15: 240 minute day hike in the morning, 60 minute day hike in the evening 9/16: 9/17: 300 minute backpack to bottom of Grand Canyon 9/18: 240 minute day hike 9/19: 180 minute backpack to campground 1/3 of the way back up 9/20: 120 minute day hike Week Two 9/21: 270 minute backpack to the top of the Grand Canyon 9/22: 9/23: 360 minute backpack in the river: "The Narrows", Zion National Park 9/24: 340 minute backpack in the river 9/25: 9/26: 240 minute day hike in Sedona, AZ 9/27: Week Three 9/28: 9/29: 9/30: 30 minute wog (that's a walk/jog, right?) 10/1: 10/2: 40 minute TBL DVD 10/3: 10/4: Week Four 10/5: 165 minute bike ride (30 miles!) 10/6: 10/7: 25 minute jog (no stopping!) and 5 minute walk 10/8: 10/9: 55 minute TBL DVD, cardio and weights 10/10: 60 minute yoga class 10/11: 120 minute bike ride (22 miles!) Week Five 10/12: 270 minutes backpacking 10/13: 270 minutes backpacking 10/14: 10/15: 55 minute TBL DVD, cardio and sculpt 10/16: 10/17: 60 minute yoga class 10/18: 30 minute TBL DVD, boot camp Week six 10/19: 10/20: 10/21: 10/22: 10 minutes of 30DS (that's all the time I had!) and 45 minutes Tae Kwan Do class 10/23: 30DS Level 1 Day 1 10/24: 60 minute yoga class; 30 minute TKD 10/25: Week seven 10/26: 270 minutes hiking 10/27: 10/28: 10/29: 10/30: 10/31: 50 minute yoga class 11/1: Week eight: 11/2: 11/3: 11/4: 11/5: 45 minutes TKD 11/6: 11/7: 11/8: 5 hours backpacking Week nine: 11/9: 7 hours backpacking 11/10: 5 hours backpacking 11/11: 11/12: 11/13: 11/14: 60 minute yoga class 11/15: Week ten: 11/16: 11/17: 30DS L1D1 11/18: 11/19: 45 minutes TKD 11/20: 11/21: 60 minutes yoga 11/22: 7 hours backpacking Week eleven: 11/23: 7 hours backpacking 11/24: 11/25: 11/26: 45 minutes TKD 11/27: 10 minute walk 11/28: 11/29: Week twelve: 11/30: 12/01: 12/02: 12/03: 14 minutes 30DS L1; 45 minutes TKD class 12/04: 30DS L1; 30 minute dance DVD 12/05: 60 minutes yoga class and 30 minutes TKD class 12/06: 12/07: one day this weekend--some kind of exercise with R well, at least we're done Christmas shopping!
