Speaking of dogs - I LOVE our mascot :D Hope you all are having a wonderful OP day! I'm down a 1+ lb. but my weigh-in day is Friday, so we will see if it holds :) I did a new pilates routine this morning and I am feeling some muscles I haven't used for a while. Let's hope "Rapid Results Pilates" produces just that :exercise: |
Well, I'm doing the best I can considering the fun circumstances. I had to go to the emergency room for my mouth- red, swollen, can't open it much or chew at all. So I'm being careful with calories since the kind of soft foods that we have are mashed potatoes and macaroni and cheese. Thank whoever for fruit smoothies!

You guys are a busy bunch -- I can't keep up -- just checking in -- had a good day, dragged my butt on the treadmill for 40 minutes instead of my usual 30, because there was a Nanny 911 worth watching on my little "exercise TV" :D Hope everyone has a great day tomorrow!! |

OMG here I am at 6pm and I am OP again today for two days in a row. I just walked an easy 1.5 miles this evening before dinner. I had leftovers of what I made last night (salsa chicken and spanish rice, 375 cals and yummy!) and I am actually under again which means I can have a strawberry bar tonight, woo hoo! I'm not overly hungry but I am TIRED. Of course my TOM comes on week 1 of the challenge. I was down 2 pounds this morning but I can actually feel the bloat coming on, Ack! I have been drinking buttloads of water to flush out my system as well, so I am just hoping by Friday (when I personally weigh in) I will be down to 190. We will see though. I am going to go to bed early tonight and I am hoping the extra rest helps me.
Well I am off to hang with my kids, and get them ready for bed and whatnot. Never been done with dinner this early before haha. I'm not sure what to do for the next two hours! |

LOL Heather!!! I know that feeling!! I get it on my regular bike and its extra padded! I cant even imagine what a spin bike would do to meh tushy! How did you like the class besides that?

Hey everyone! Another perfect OP day for me! (yay for 2! LOL) I did one of my t-tapp workouts, a half hour walk after school (with the kids pulling wagon)- and then my cleaning job tonight of just over an hour. Definitely got the exercise in. Did good on my fruit and veggie servings too- big salad for lunch and dinner was scrambled eggs with spinach, mushrooms and tomato.
I need to go back and read a few pages, but wanted to check in before I crash for the night. later! :wave: |
The smoothies and the sugar free ice cream are helping, but the meds are putting me to sleep! My treadmill's broken too, so I'm stuck on the cardio bellydancing workout, if I feel up to it tomorrow. I'm a loud person, having my speech restricted is like cutting off my right hand. Inhumane.
