I have to say chellez your doing a great job organizing this challenge and I applaude you for taking it on. I also want to thank you for starting this challenge as it has really given me the push to get to the gym more often. Also if I have to sit one week out its fine by me - gotta take one for the team sometimes. GO BLUE GO

I will gladly participate in this as soon as I have a medical release to resume exercise. I am missing it so much and have found it to be a great stress reliever. I'm counting down the days until I can help out my team. As of today (1-10-07) I have 19 more days of down time.
Since we all know how hard it is to do the following things the team will be awarded the rewards listed for accomplishing these goals:
Drink 8 oz of water 8 times in one day (64 oz) - 10 miles added Team member loses 3 lbs in a week - 20 miles added Team member loses 4 lbs in a week - 30 miles added Team member loses 5 lbs or more in a week - 40 miles added If the Blue Team Wins the Weekly Weigh In - 50 miles added If a Blue Team Member wins the entire challenge - 100 miles added If the Blue Team beats the Red Team - 200 miles added
I didn't read the whole post before I sent my last response. Sorry! WOOHOO! I am helping out my team. I had a 5 pound loss this week. I always, always, always, get a minimum of 8 8oz. glasses of water in each day. I've been doing this for almost 6 months now. Water is the easy part for me.
