I drank my 64 oz of water today! 10 miles for me!

If I get out of class early enough I'm going to force myself to go exercise!!! I need it....

I think I have a sore throat coming on..

Got all my water in plus just got back from 60 mins spin class = 13 miles

I have to say chellez your doing a great job organizing this challenge and I applaude you for taking it on. I also want to thank you for starting this challenge as it has really given me the push to get to the gym more often. Also if I have to sit one week out its fine by me - gotta take one for the team sometimes. GO BLUE GO

I did 2 miles on my elliptical (whew!) and also got my water in for a total of 12 miles.

Since we all know how hard it is to do the following things the team will be awarded the rewards listed for accomplishing these goals:

Drink 8 oz of water 8 times in one day (64 oz) - 10 miles added

Team member loses 3 lbs in a week - 20 miles added
Team member loses 4 lbs in a week - 30 miles added
Team member loses 5 lbs or more in a week - 40 miles added
If the Blue Team Wins the Weekly Weigh In - 50 miles added
If a Blue Team Member wins the entire challenge - 100 miles added
If the Blue Team beats the Red Team - 200 miles added

I didn't read the whole post before I sent my last response. Sorry! WOOHOO! I am helping out my team. I had a 5 pound loss this week. I always, always, always, get a minimum of 8 8oz. glasses of water in each day. I've been doing this for almost 6 months now. Water is the easy part for me.

Any machines that count miles (ellipticals, treadmills, stationary bikes etc) we always use the mileage count.

I drank 64 oz. so far.... working on 128!

I exercised for 50 minutes this morning--2 miles. I just started my water at 2:30 today so it might be awhile.
