I'm the oldest of the Biggest losers (both blue & red team) and I find my weigh coming off at a regular clip, thanks to the Fitness center DH and I joined. I've lost 9-10 pounds in 5 weeks, that's an average of about 2 lbs. per week. This water/exercising challenge has been very helpful. Normally I wouldn't push myself to exercise 40 minutes per day, but with the 20 minute blocks it pushes me to. Thanks for all the support & posts from the Blue Team. I can't wait until Chellez announces the Blue Team the winners!
