Wow I woke up today just feeling exhausted, my mind would not stop last night. I have so many different hats I am wearing right now it's crazy. So I am starting a bullet journal, I got it all set up today in my free time and I already feel better.
Tonight I am hoping the weather cooperates for a walk with my dog and then homework will consume the evening....booooo!
Woke up this morning to a tiny loss and am at 218.8. I'm sure it is due to the lack of sleep, I will be in bed early tonight hopefully.

Cold is dragging me down...started using my inhaler yesterday...soup is on the menu for today!
How my life has changed: I forgot to tell you this last week. I took my nephew for a walk in his stroller on my regular 2.5 mile loop. I huffed and puffed pushing him up the hill and it suddenly dawned on me that the baby and stroller weighed about the same as the weight I have lost. It made me happy to be rid of that extra weight. I don't huff and puff up the hill anymore like I used to when I first started walking last August!! Think about what your weight loss equals...like bags of sugar, small, medium or large dogs, etc..just keep going and you will get there!!
Thanks Lulu! I am trust me. Last night I decided to talk a nice walk and then relaxed for the evening instead of homework. I can do it this weekend. I am in a program I love but this last general is the worst thing ever!
Sue - I was in a toxic job until this past May, it was awful, I even had to go through counseling sue to the mental abuse inflicted there! I hope you find something that you enjoy!

I've been walking and eating on plan and I feel great about that...not seeing it on the scale yet but to be expected because I had too much fun this summer!! Eating under 50 carbs which is a good place for me and actually closer to 30!!
Oh Oh...I hope I have not passed along my stress disease to you all! I hope you are all having a great weekend! I am back in the saddle again. Again.. LOL But this time I am pushing for Onderland FOR SURE! I have to do it! I wanted it this summer, then by Labor Day, then Halloween. I am shooting for it! So back in gear as my life is better organized and I have a job that has so much more going for it... NICE PEOPLE! Crazy situation.. but noone is yelling at anyone.. THAT is AWESOME! whew! and I am right across the street from the Atlantic Ocean. Just 1 minute from the top of the dune and a seat to look out over the water and destress if ever needed AHHHHH! I am LUCKY and Grateful that this job came along for me..
