welllll No walking this week as I have to go after work to take care of parents house... They were in Estonia yesterday (Cruise) and heading to Sweden. Last week of their month cruise... Can't wait to have them back! So no walking = no loss for me.. and eating bad (last of the frozen snickers... all GONE NOW!) and I do not have any money to buy new ones... Sorry Trick or Treaters this year.. This house has -0- candy to give! The mission is on now.. SINGLE DIGITS! Yeppers!

having a hard day today, not sure how it is going to affect me but back on the painkillers for Fibromyalgia, I have coped well lately, but in a lot of pain now, hoping it isn't going to shoot the scales up as it so often does. fingers crossed...

Had a rough week so far, so haven't really been on the diet or exercising. But everything has quieted down, I was able to get to the grocery store finally, so I'm really trying to get back in the groove now.
