Everyday is victory when I ______________!! (Fill in the blank)

1. Exercise
2. Make a healthy eating choice
3. Manage my portions
4. Reflect on my journey
5. Don't give up
6. ........you get the idea...what's your victory today!!

This came to me because I got my butt on the treadmill and I soooooo did NOT want to exercise today!! Very glad that box is checked!!'

I don't know the last time I was comfortable in a tank-top, not to mention a swimsuit. I don't know the last time I was a size medium top not to mention not shopping in a plus-size store. I know the last time I really wanted a top in the 'regular' sizes but was not available in the plus sizes. I know the last time I pulled at my t-shirt trying to get an extra give and the saggy ponch I felt when the seatbelt graceishly curved about my abdomen......I decided I don't want those things anymore. And if I win the lottery and want to fly first class to Ireland and i want to be comfortable.

Never let success get to your head. Never let failure get to your heart!! - anonymous

I truly feel this way this time around....trying to remain humble despite weight loss because I am still the same person at 225, 195, 185, 171....and it is too easy to re-gain!! (Fat does not equal bad, fat equals fat!) I'm a good person at any weight but I love being more fit!! - Lulu NH

Not sure this meets the "positive message" criteria, but it spoke deeply to me - sometimes its good to remember how we felt at our heaviest

"The hardest diet I was ever on was the one when I was fat. You can only wear fat clothes, you don't feel good, your sex life gets damaged, you don't have energy for anything. It's horrible." - Drew Carey

From my calendar:

YOU are Strong, You are Wise and You are loved!

No Matter where life takes you or what path you choose, you will always meet challenges. This is the way life is. There are no guarantees, and no matter how many things you do right or how many rules you follow, there will always be that fork in the road that makes you choose between this way or that way. Whenever you meet this place, remember these things: You are Loved... Love will sustain you! You are Strong - prayer (or whatever you do to remind you of your strength) will get you through anything. You are WISE - the greatest gift of all lies within you!

It's better look back on life and say "I can't believe I did that." than to look back and say "I wish I'd done that."

Take deep breath and just believe you will do it!

Want you want right now... well it will be there later if you REALLY need it (instead of want it)

Sometimes I get "antsy" and want to lose ALOT of weight - RIGHT NOW!. Then I think, well no, I need patience as this time this journey is for keeps and I have my important lessons to learn and the experience to think and remember so that I can see I can accomplish anything! Sue

My whole routine lasts an hour and a half. 15 minutes of cardio, 15 minutes of weights and an hour of talking myself into it! - anonymous

Success yesterday after I almost talked myself out of walking because it was "too windy"....reality check....I almost sabotaged myself! Best wishes for an on-plan day!! - Lulu NH

BELIEVE and ACHIEVE! "I can" and "I Will" are so much stronger than "I can't" and "I won't". Hope always outlasts doubt and negativity only has the power to hold you back - but positivity has the power to make things happen. Give it a chance to work its magic!? - from WOMAN'S WORLD...
