I need this! I started back on yesterday and must visualize myself in 6 months, healthier, happier! This will be a great motivator!

I have this marvelous calendar it is from Marci at Blue Mountain arts... Last months message:

Everything happens for a reason!
So often we wonder about the "whys" in life..."Why did this happen?" "Why me?" "Why Now?"..etc, But there is a secret that wise men know.. Bumps in the road are an inevitable part of life that softens us, make us grow and bestow upon us the virtue of compassion. Often it is only with the passing of time that it becomes clear that the cloud really did have a silver lining, and now we have wisdom, strength, and hope to share (and you all do!). And at last, we understand the true meaning of the phrase "Everything happens for a reason"...

Thoughts to think of.. We are what we are because of what has happened to us and our thoughts and reactions!.

I will post December's message tomorrow... I have a new calendar for next year and if it does not offend anyone, I will post as it is alittle more religious minded
