Thanks Lulu! You'll get that whoosh with all the gardening you have been doing. I have found no better exercise for weight loss.

Down 0.6lbs today which may mean I have broken my Tuesday stall. It could come back tomorrow though...

So close to 2-single digits!

Ian - Thanks for sharing your pics, you look great! You must be very tall because you do not look 280 in your before pic.

Sue - That 50 lb mark is just around the corner!

Happierme - You are sooo close to onederland, congratulations!!

I had a great long weekend even though I didn't lose any weight. I made it through the Taylor Swift concert and a family picnic without cheating on my diet, so I'm happy.

I transitioned from Atkins to IP a couple of weeks ago. I know Atkins is a great diet, and it works, but it wasn't working for me because I was not being consistent. IP is expensive, but I need the accountability for now. I'm sure I'll g back to Atkins when I'm done with IP.

Hey everyone! I hope you all had a great weekend! I fell ill on Thursday and just wasn't around the computer at all over the weekend, between feeling cruddy and then enjoying the lovely weekend weather.

So, let me jump in here with my icky numbers. I had a bit of a regain that I will just blame on Nyquil. Did you know that stuff has like 40 carbs per dose? Oops.

Sorry to hear that you've been sick telorida, I hope you're feeling 100% soon!

Congrats on the losses Ian and Sue! and thanks to everyone for the kind and supportive words, as usual =)

My family and I celebrated memorial day a little bit too much last night, and I ended up a pound heavier this morning, but I was expecting it. Too much wine leads to me holding onto water. But there was bread and apple pie and cookies galore...and I didnt eat any of them, so I think I picked the lesser of two "evils" to indulge in I hope you all also had a nice long weekend!

Prettymom Thank you and I too will be seeing TS - tickets with my daughter for July!! Consistency is important - how long will you do IP for?

Telorida Glad you are feeling better!! Good for you on dusting yourself off and moving forward!! to me that is one of the most difficult challenges - getting back on track!! Keep it up!!!

Happierme You will be back down in the blink of an eye - I can feel it!!

Well my weekly stall/gain has hit. I saw it coming on the scale last night with a cheeky bedtime weigh-in. Up 0.8lbs today. Doh! I wonder how long this sucker will hang around for?

I am sorry that this happened to you.... It will go away tomorrow (on your bump in the road Thursday as it will surprise you like Tuesday did!)

You still amaze me... Look what you have done just since the 1st of the month... WOW... and you are so much closer to your goal too and it usually gets harder and slower to lose... Well that is a myth in your case!

Congrats on the loss Kate! Ian and Sue, Im sure the scale will make you both happier tomorrow!

Im holding steady at 202.5. For some reason today Im feeling very frustrated about not losing. I ate very well yesterday, drank water, yada yada and I woke up convinced the scale was gonna say 201. But no, no change at all. And I know its one day at a time and one foot in front of the other like Lulu said before, but today, I want the weight GONE! ughhhh

And I think maybe its the family being around and there being cookies and cinnamon buns in my house again for the first time in months, but I am craving carbs like no bodies business. Anyone have tips for how to curb this? because all I can think about is a big bowl of gnocchi right now. lol

Lulu - You and your daughter will love TS, she is awesome! I plan to be on IP for as long as it works. I have PCOS, so it's really hard for me to lose weight. I hope IP helps me get some results.

Christine... Gosh.. I know EXACTLY how you feel.. I felt 2 days ago that I would be 260 or 259... I just felt it. I walked.. sweated etc... but NOOOOOOOO it went up instead LOL Gosh..in your case.... those smells off of those foods would drive me NUTS.. good for you for abstaining... That is a big NSV and a big congrats to you...

Way to lose Kate!! Good for you!!!! That's the way uh huh uh huh I like it uh huh uh huh!

Ian.. yay.... You lost some of your gain... VERY happy for you! Can you tell my lbs to go away too!!! LOL Have fun at dinner!
