ALG how do you like zumba? I have 6 cd's of it but I just can't seem to find the time. I LOVE to dance -all kinds of music- but just haven't gotten into it. I do most of my workouts in my pool. I do a lot of reverse sit ups, both regular and twisted and things with my legs that involve weights and I use weights for my arm exercises in the pool as well.
You're doing an awesome job!

My weight is not showing an awesome job, but i know its the way it goes.. I have zumba for the wii, i like it , i cant keep up with most of it, but i keep moving, i can do the song "pause" its my favorite...but its nice to spice things up i didnt feel like i did enough this morning thats why i went for the walk, the hills in the complex make it great for getting the heart right up and then the flats are good.

Thank you for this thread, ladies. I have enjoyed lurking here today. I would really love to give Zumba a try. Netflix doesnt have it, so I got some bellydancing dvds in my queue instead.

Tomorrow for dinner I am thinking a stuffed bell pepper
or
cheeseburger in a romaine heart...

L: 2 mcdonalds mcdoubles ($2 is cheap) no bun/ketchup
D: probably 10 lettuce wrapped turkey and mozzerella cheese slices
S: 3 sugar free jellos, 1 can diet pepsi, 1 crystal light, 1 cup coffee with cream and stevia

Ghost....welcome to What's for dinner

Ok Kamiro.... MY crustless quiche is made with these basic ingrediients: heavy whipping cream, eggs, and cheese. I also add in my veggies here. I use celery, green onions, jalepenos, bacon or sausage, & chives. I season it with pepper and red pepper flakes, The smell of it cooking with make you insane because it smells so good. When I get home from work today, I will post the actual "how to" make it.

Also beef fajitas are just beef skirt that I used a dry spice rub on for marinade and then cooked in a skillet with red bell peppers, onions & jalepenos & olive oil (you could use green bell peppers, I like mine hot though ) I put a slice of avocado on my plate and a little sour cream and dipped into it. They were quite awesome. NO tortillas of course, but it sure was filling.
