Oh yea, the headache/sore throat turned into a full on cold :/ going to try to stay on plan the rest of the week (today was far from being on plan-yikes. I am not used to being so worn out!)

I made a chicken salad with almonds. It was delicious but I am still feeling a bit hungry and dreaming about a protein shake. Going to make my dreams come true tonight. Lol.
