it probably will drop again if TOM is around the corner.. 20 lbs is a great goal and you lost it steady and that is how you want it to be

TOM is here in full effect for me.. I haven't exercised at all while on TOM.. the scale hasb't moved which is to be expected on TOM so I will do my official weigh in once TOM has went away.. however I did my memorial day goal so something to be happy about..
A question for those out there who has the Atkins Bars.. I bought like 4 boxes thinking they would be good snacks to have etc.. when I move on the maintenance and switching to the GI Diet etc.. they are good but they give me gas
