What do you mean by daily intake thread? I thought this was one? I like seeing what everyone else is eating
Had a bad day yesterday and ate a muffin and 2 cookies, Then butter chicken for dinner. Ended up getting sick, not sure if it was from the junk or just coincidence. Didn't feel like eating at all today

Smokies and green beans for dinner.
2 sq. Lindt 85% chocolate.
It always seems like I'm eating to much or to little.
B: Egg creme (eggs + cream + coffee + Davinci's SF syrup whizzed up in a blender)
L: Shirataki noodles with Linda Sue's White Castle burger pie crumbled on top
S: 1 oz. almonds/1/2 oz. macadamias
D: Coconut flour cupcake + small protein shake
Mm the salmon was soo good last night. 2 parts smoked sLmon (not lox) 1 part cream cheese and then a dash of splenda brown sugar and chives. Mix till creamy. I loved it and so did my bf. Mmmmm
dinner - almonds (3), cheddar (1), trader joes premade roast (0), cabbage (3), roast squash (accidentally used butternut and not winter which is higher in carbs but oh well) (7) and 1 cup coconut milk (1)
Total 27
And I walked 5 miles! I feel good.
