My faves are Walmart brand - perfect saltiness - my second fave is Aldi's - cause they cheap.

Today was hard. Real hard. Corporate sent a representative to our facility for a "quality" issue. We strongly believe somebody will be fired. The tension is too heavy, and I have some concern the higher ups could deflect the blame onto me, making me the sacrificial lamb so to say.

B: the usual coffee with cream then before I was prepared off to a meeting
Then the stress began as we were called into random moments of "discussion"
L: Salad at my desk, laying low, trying to get work done that I couldn't get done because of the people flood wanting to talk
Afternoon: Horrible meeting to line us out as a group
Then called to bosses' bosses' office for further discussion - was a bit more positive.
Supper: Ended up in McD drive through with a qtr lb meal combo - yep, no good. I cracked. Tomorrow has to be a better day. I'm only human after all.
Tomorrow is a line up of "butt chewing conferences," should be lovely.

Job interview Wednesday - c'mon c'mon c'mon. I want out before the slaughter begins!!!!!!!!!

730am: Fried egg in PAM cooking spray with a bit of Garlic Sea Salt, three slices of turkey bacon.
12pm: 3/4 of a peach.
1230pm: Tuna fish(miracle whip, eggs, pickle relish & tuna of course) on a Sara Lee 100% Whole Wheat thin style bun & iced coffee with fat free milk and a bit of creamer for a bit more flavour.
2pm: A small piece of small watermelon.
6pm: Jennie-O extra lean turkey burger, a slice of tomato, piece of lettuce, italian blend cheese, Sara Lee 100% Whole Wheat thin style bun with ketchup on one side miracle whip on the other.
830pm: A small piece of small watermelon.

I usually don't eat this much bread during the day. nor do I really ever eat peaches. haha. It's hard not to eat bread though. I love bread.

Um, let's not talk about today. Gotta fix this, I'm slipping away!

(No, didn't lose my job - and tomorrow is promising some change)

Hang in there Kell. Stress sucks, I'm a stress eater too
I hope your interview goes great!

I've been doing OK. I cut out the coffee last 3 days, got massive caffeine withdrawal headaches, but better today. Not sure if it will help the weight loss but thought I'd try it for a week or so.

So breakfast was a leftover burger with cheese (I was in a rush)
Lunch was stir fried veggies and another cold burger.
Went out for dinner, had Greek salad and chicken skewers with tzatziki dip, not sure of the carbs in all that but think its not too bad for eating out.
SF Jello and whipped cream for a snack.

Thanks Kel I will look for the WalMart brand - sorry reading this so late hope the interview went well..

Any ideas for hurricane foods ... Been working in the yard but have way too much to do and not enough time - and hubby will be helping his brother so no help for me... I have PeaPod delivery set for Friday night and trying to think what to add. I won't have time to go anywhere to shop so it has to be something I can get delivered ....

If you all can spend some wish time on Irene going way out to sea it would be greatly appreciated

Oh today food sucked 1 egg and 2 cups coffee and 3 LC meatballs (tiny) 1 cheese crisp (kraft cracker-barrel cheese in micro) and cup of decaf... Too tired and sore to care . Next few days will probably be similar unfortunately ...

Rho, I hope everything is OK. Did you have much damage from Irene?

I had a lousy weekend food wise, not totally off plan but way too many lowcarb treats and then last night had corean short ribs that had sugar in the marinade. Hope it doesn't throw me off too much

Today getting back on track with bacon and eggs
Lunch is leftover stir-fried veggies and a cheese burger.
Roasted chicken for dinner with salad.
SF jello or pudding for desert

Wow! Has anyone tried pizza on flatout wraps?? I had one last week and now I am addicted! Idk if flatout wraps are really on the atkins plan...I am sort of doing my own version of atkins. Its working for me! =) But they are delicious! Only 6 carbs per wrap...and they are huge!

Sorry didn't check in earlier - we made out ok - we didn't have power for a few days but there are still people waiting on getting there's back so we were lucky...

Yesterday was a weird day - I think maybe caused by the stress from the storm and being able to let it go - I ate all day - totally on plan but I was a bottomless pit - I'm just thrilled I didn't succumb to a carb laden day
