  • Maybe this will help me get back on track. I'm furious with myself for wasting a month and a half fiddling around between 203 - 196. So...count me in. I'll weigh on the wrestler's scale tomorrow and post a starting weight. I'm gonna make this challenge!

  • Argh! I'm so scale-phobic. I'm half excited and half terrified to weigh tomorrow morning. I usually only weigh every few weeks because I freak out and panic and overanalyze if I don't see results.

  • Yay! That enormous gain at weigh-in last Friday must have been water or something because today I'm down 3 pounds! I've had a good week, tried very hard to "act right" and got a little "whoosh"!

  • Yay!! Started a high protein diet last weekend...Sunday I think. Not completely Atkins but close to it. My weight last week was 250.3...I wanted to cry. I hadn't been that heavy since I was pregnant. Stepped on the scale this morning and was 239.3!!!! All I thought about this week was weighing in today so it really helped me stay on track. Goal for next week is 235.

    I just moved back to Wisconsin from Arkansas..where abouts are you located I was by Greers Ferry Lake..still trying to sell our house there.

  • I haven't lost anything this week. It's probably my body adjusting from my big loss last week.
