Thumbs up Adios - induction week 1
I did it! Completed week 1 of induction, effortlessly really! I am pleased to announce that I am down 10.5 pounds!

Thanks to the program and all the support I receive on the boards, this week was a total success!

That is SOOO awesome!Keep up the great work!! I can't wait until I'm done w/induction. I think I'm going to stay on it longer than 2 weeks though, just to keep kicking down some of the pounds.

Thanks Brenda! I too am contemplating staying on longer. I am going to see how my second week goes and then make the decision.

Congrats, Amber! That is amazing loss, good for you!!

I'm with you guys in contemplating staying on Induction longer... I may stay on until I start to feel limited with my food choices. So far, this is easy!

Hey I am on the same track you are...I just finished week 1 induction. I didn't lose as much as you did though. I only lost 5 lbs, but I feel great! I with you on staying on induction for as long as I can take it. I have a ways to go. Great Work!!!
