Adios - induction week 1
 

I did it! Completed week 1 of induction, effortlessly really! I am pleased to announce that I am down 10.5 pounds! :bravo:

Thanks to the program and all the support I receive on the boards, this week was a total success!

That is SOOO awesome!Keep up the great work!! I can't wait until I'm done w/induction. I think I'm going to stay on it longer than 2 weeks though, just to keep kicking down some of the pounds.

Thanks Brenda! I too am contemplating staying on longer. I am going to see how my second week goes and then make the decision.

I'm with you guys in contemplating staying on Induction longer... I may stay on until I start to feel limited with my food choices. So far, this is easy! :)

Hey I am on the same track you are...I just finished week 1 induction. I didn't lose as much as you did though. I only lost 5 lbs, but I feel great! I with you on staying on induction for as long as I can take it. I have a ways to go. Great Work!!!
