Was off plan a bit this weekend, will see what the scale says in the morning. But my jeans didn't get tight so I am doing ok. But eating even good carbs sets me up for craving more. then its hard. AM going to do induction for at least another week, since I still didn't actually accomplish the full 2 weeks of it!
SO, in a sense, back to square one.
I realized though, that the bit of induction did a LOt for me. Got me past that magic 170 mark. which go me to having lost 10% of my weight! So I hope to accomplish getting into the lower 160s this time. BY the end of September, I will be below 165. Induction, here I come again.
