Sandy - it always looks to me like they use one for each side of the burger. It will be interesting to hear what the pros say....

I am the same person.... Raquel.... sail7 is the username.... applebuddy is what/who I am..... I work at Applebee's and we call ourselves applebuddies since we all work together to help each other out.

As far as the oopsie rolls go I use 2.... one for the top and one for the bottom..... each are about 1 carb.... at least that is the carb count that I got off her site. I hope this helps and am glad you at least thought it was delicious. I keep them on the counter overnight, and then place them in a paperbag the next day. I don't use a plastic bag because mine tend to get too soft.

I hope you give that burger another try. It sounded delicious.

I steamed some green beans and then sautee'd some garlic in butter and tossed the green beans in ..... cooked them for a minute or two and added some fresh parmigiano cheese, salt and pepper

I read a lot about the Oopsie rolls last night. I tried to make some this morning but they were a fail...I might try again tomorrow. I don't think I whipped my whites long enough.

Sandy, people use them for ALL kinds of things...there's a thread on lowcarbfriends that has amazing recipes. People use them to make french toast, pizza, cakes, you name it! A lot of people even take 2 oopsie rolls to a restaurant/fast food place and order a hamburger or sandwich then replace the bun or bread with the oopsie roll.

http://www.lowcarbfriends.com/bbs/lo...pe-thread.html

Edit: My dinner was kinda bad, I ate the toppings off of a slice of pizza and then the last slice of my "cheese crust" pizza that I made a couple of days ago, dipped in ranch. We have company and I'm sick so I look like a mess and didn't want to stay out there too long.

Hi girls!
Thought I might join in.
We ate out at my FAV. Steak house tonight.
Had a cup of broccoli/cheddar/jalepeno soup. A small tossed salad. Broccoli & zuccini mix (took out the cooked carrots -YUK!) and 1/2 of a 10 oz. sirlion w/lemon butter
I'm reworking my Atkins menus. Out of convenience I find myself eating more or less the same things everyday. Which is fine, except I think it might be part of the reason for my stalls - don't know for sure but I'm just going to see
So I'm going to be checking out what you guys are eating for ideas

Default Beef Tenderloin...

Tonight I'm having a beef tenderloin filet, pan-grilled with browned butter and carmelized onions. With it, I'm making a salad with Romaine lettuce and homemade Caesar dressing.

My grocer puts the most amazing cuts of beef in the "sell bin," and there's nothing wrong with them...they're always three or four days before the "sell by" date. Check your grocery or butcher for luxe bargains.

Made a small pot roast in the slow cooker, whipped up cooked cauliflower with cream butter and some salt, for mashed "potatoes" and a green salad, that was supposed to be greek, but I had to throw out the feta, it was slimy, so didn't want to risk it.
Even hubby ate the cauliflower, and he hates cauliflower. but not tonight!

I had a stir fry that I just kind of made up as I went.
I made a marinade from soy sauce, water, splenda, cinnamon, and ginger for my beef strips. While they were soaking I shredded some cabbage, then in varying shapes cut up 1/2 of a jicama, 1/8 of a red bell pepper, 1 whole jalepeno, 1 stalk of celery, a few cauliflower florets, & 4 green onions using both the heads and the stems.
It's pretty delish
After having it analyzed on nutrition data.com each serving has 394 calories
and only 3 NET CARBS.
I Think I'm going to take a portion for lunch tomorrow too

Default Fast Foodie...

A late shopping trip to the grocery and a friend with a dead battery added up to fast food tonight...a three-piece Hardee's chicken tender snack (with sides of nothing), dipped in my own sugar-free homemade honey mustard dressing. Not ideal, but not bad in a pinch.

9 carbs in my Hardee's chicken...

I'm having a taco salad from my favorite Mexican restaurant. Lettuce, shredded beef, sour cream, salsa, guacamole, and cheese. I yearn for the beans, crunchy shell, rice...but I don't need those things! I'll be happy with my salad.

Another taco salad. I made a batch of my own taco meat last night so I can have taco salads for a few days. One of my favorite/easiest meals.
Mixed baby greens salad w/ taco meat, cheese, salsa left over from the restaurant last night (yum!), cheese, sour cream and guacamole.

I'm making some hot deviled eggs. I'm making 12 halves so I can take some for lunch. Plus I'm making that cabbage stir fry thing again for tomorrow. So I'll mix up the marinade and soak the meat overnight and go ahead and cut up all the veggies. When I get in from work tomorrow, I'll just have to heat up the pan and throw everything in
