If you had the skill, talent & dedication to be an Olympic Athlete, which event would you like to do?

I would want to be either a figure skater, which I am definitely to tall for, or a Springboard Diver.

Swimmer definately. Oooh, but the gymnasts are neat too. And runners. And divers. And figure skaters. For team sports, softball.

I'm gonna have to go with a gymnast...It seems like that was the only one I followed when I was younger and enjoyed! There very powerful and amazing!

I'd want to be in one of the events I was actually working on when I was younger ... I took ice skating for about 7 years ... stopped just short of figure skating ... I played softball for 6 years, and wanted badly to play in the olympics (at the time I wasn't necessarily good enough for the olympics, but my goal was for the 2000 ... 4 years after I decided I wanted to play in the olympics, so I may have been good enough!! lol) ... and I also was in gymnastics for a bit so I wouldn't mind doing that as well! The luge also looks fun ... like a big icy slide! lol

Wow, what a great question! I think I'd want to be a gymnast. Although I can't decide whether I'd want to be a regular gymnast, or a trampoline. I was watching that last week and it looks like so much fun. For winter I think I'd want to be a down-hill skier. Doing the Super G & stuff looks so thrilling!

Lyria: me too. I never got into the jumping stuff so much, but I ADORE dressage. And my sister is a very talented rider as well - hopes to be riding Rolex in three or four years. She and my mom and I were watching some of the Olympic cross-country last week and my mom was all like, "sheesh, those are easy-peasy!" Yeah, sure mom - from this side of the TV!

(Sorry to bore all the rest of you with my lousy horsy story.... )
