Woohoo, new month - new miles!
RULES
1) Record your mileage as follows:
If you are walking on a treadmill or using other equiptment that records mileage, use that mileage for your workout.
If you are doing weights, a video, Gym class or other type of exercise that doesn't have an odometer, count every 20 minutes as 1 mile.
2) When recording your mileage, make sure you cut and paste the list into your post and update your total AND the group totals!!
