Talking June Equator Trek!
Woohoo, new month - new miles!

RULES

1) Record your mileage as follows:
If you are walking on a treadmill or using other equiptment that records mileage, use that mileage for your workout.
If you are doing weights, a video, Gym class or other type of exercise that doesn't have an odometer, count every 20 minutes as 1 mile.

2) When recording your mileage, make sure you cut and paste the list into your post and update your total AND the group totals!!


That is it!

not if someone added more miles after last night. I used last nights 2004 total. Can you fix it?

a little over 2 and a half miles on the elliptical machine, and 30 minutes of weight lifting. Am I doing this right?

Hi guys. I'm in again for June, hoping to have more mileage than May. I updated May to include 3 miles I hadn't entered yet, so I also updated the cumulative here, along w/what I've done so far. Just wanted to explain, just in case anyone is double checking the math.
