Morning everyone!

Just a quick check in here for me before I get the kids off to school and therapy (autism), and then I'm coming back home to get the studio ready to meet my newest client....a beautiful 10 day old little girl I have the BEST job ever!

Think I'm gonna start with a rtd shake today (love those) and for dinner tonight, have a shrimp stirfry...does anyone else use the WF balsamic as a stir fry "sauce"? So yummy. Having a stirfry is the easiest way for me to get in my evening vegetables

Have a great OP day everyone

Good morning everyone! I hope everyone had a nice Monday and that your Tuesday is starting off well. <-- I just felt like using that... and it's what I'm doing right now, except with a smile both before and after!

I swear, I never was a morning person until lately! Lol.

I made the "baked apple" zucchini last night, which was definitely a dessert! I've been usually mixing my veggies in soups, or stir frying them, or just munching on them through the day, so this was a very pleasant change. I think my tastebuds were confused for a while by the sweetness!

And then I had another "cheating" dream, again at my mom's, eating breaded chicken and pasta. In my dream, I had realized I was cheating, but for some reason I couldn't stop! How long do these dreams last?!! Hahaha.

Ok..... so I'm trying an experiment......added an egg to my "omelet from a pouch" today and for the first time (other than when I eat dinner) I actually almost feel full!!!

YAY!!!!!

If I get super hungry in the afternoon, I am going to add either another packet or a very small portion of protein (1-2oz) to see if that does not help because if I eat lunch at 1, by 3, I am ready to start gnawing on my desk!!

Hope everyone (especially Judy!) has a good day!!

That's great! You definitely don't want to starve yourself when you diet. For my "omelette," which I made this morning actually, I add veggies to it. I don't usually make it an omelette; I make it scrambled instead, and I add a cup of sauteed mushrooms and scallions to it. This way I accomplish a few things at once: 1 of my 4 cups of daily veggies is taken care of for the day; I feel fuller, as I've eaten more; I make a decent-tasting pouch of food taste even better.

I'm sure you have already, but have you looked at the 2 recipe threads on the IP forum? That's helped me SO much to enjoy veggies. I haven't transitioned to "acquiring" a taste for veggies yet, either! Lol.

Morning everyone, I had a great sleep last night and raring to go, which is good as I have a full schedule this week at work. I just want to say welcome everyone and keep up the good work.

Beachbella - zucchini recipe is on one of the sticky recipe links you just have to search for it, I found it on the same page as the one on how to make crackers, which I have tried and they are very yummy.

Hello everyone,

My Father-in-law passed away this morning in palliative care after a courageous battle with abdominal cancer. He will be sadly missed.

I thank you all for your kind words and support in the days leading up this.

Wishing you all a great day.

Headed to WI#8.. Not to excited, either im bloated or the one tiny little taco salad shell ruined my whole week. Thats what I get, I should of never crossed over to the cheaters side. Still, thats not too bad for doing this for 8 weeks and only messing up once. I hope for at least a pound. I will report when I get back. Good luck everyone who has WI's today!

Default Dessert Anyone!

If you are looking to turn your Veggies into a treat and you like rice pudding you can make it with the califlower rice!
Cali rice, splenda, cinnamon, vanilla! heat it up and pour some vanilla RTD or vanilla pudding on top! YUM!
