Well Halloween is about 18 weeks away.... I have a Sexy by Labor Day Challenge that I am doing very badly at and my goal is 170....
I think I will go for 165, that puts me within 5 pounds of my goal weight (for now, haven't been that low since I was a teenager so want to 'try it on' for a bit before deciding to go lower) I have heard you slow down closer to goal weight so that should give me extra time
I am going to be counting calories and trying to exercise 3-4 days per week, right now I do none so hopefully that should help.
