Ugh, up 1.5 pounds from yesterday (well, duh!), and up 0.5 from last challenge's start weight. Slow going these days! But I think I still see a downward trend on my daily graph.
I'm posting to say CONGRATS to cher and so I can get the thread on my subscribed list. I'm not posting my weight today because it's hugely artificially inflated due to all the sodium and everything I ate yesterday.
But I'll be back tomorrow with my (*shudder*) weight posting.
im worried about how much weight my new full head hair extensions may add that ive had done today, gonna have to work extra hard to get the extra half pound or so off!
UGH! MIL cooking and food poisoning. The shame of it, the pure shame is that I stayed PERFECTLY on plan and didn't even eat the somewhat (for my MIL) yummy stuff. It wouldn't have mattered! The second shame? My weight is up because of the poisoning. Cheers!
Congrats cher =) Last challenge was my best yet, I lost 4.5 lbs.... then wound up gaining 2lbs from thanksgiving =\ grrr so hopefully with no holidays this week, I should be fine
Congratulations Cher37! I will have to post my weight tomorrow because I was too chicken to get on the scale this morning. I did not do anything right yesterday. All that overindulgence did leave me feeling rather quesy which should help keep things in check as far as the leftovers go.
