Mon- Fri - Walk to work and back (6 mile round trip) - compulsory as there are no buses
At least 30 minutes on exercise bike daily - gives me chance to read my book tehehehe
Sunday/Wednesday - strength exercises - any one ever have a resistance band snap on them? mine did, it shot the cat up the butt (ooops miaow hiss) and scared the living daylights out of me! not sure if I want to go near one again lol
