Tuesday - 60 minutes Elliptical
Thursday - 60 minutes Elliptical
Friday - 20 minutes Elliptical and 30 minutes weights
Sunday - 40 minutes Elliptical and 60 minutes Yoga/Pilates/Tai Chi class.

Monday - Upper/Lower/Ab workout 52 min.
Tuesday - Walk Aerobics - 45 minutes
Wednesday - Lower Body Workout - 30 minutes
Thursday - Walk Aerobics - 45 minutes
Friday - Day off from Aerobics/Body work
Saturday (today) - 1 hour walk; upper/lower/ab workout 52 minutes

I can do this....:-) And with the Spring and Mother Earth looking so beautiful, I feel alive again.
