10 min on stationary bike, 100 steps on stair master, brisk walk around the block. It's all I had time for this morning, so plan to do more later.

So far this week I have done 20 minutes of Yoga twice this week. It may not sound like much, but for me it is flippin' amazing!

Rode our bikes to the park and played tennis, for an hour total, had to come to work, so didn't get to do more of that
