17 min 24 sec on the stationary bike this morning, the first 10 at a higher resistance than I've done. I didn't make it to my 20 minute goal today, cause I really need to get a gel seat cover for the bike (ouch, my tailbone!!).
50 steps on the stairmaster.

Thursday: 1 hour bike ride, 30 minute walk, 45 min aquacize (we started late do to an um "incident" with one of the four year old swim lesson kids) They had to shock treat the pool
