wow. i'm awesome. three times in one week. i didn't do much today though, about 15 on a treadmill and another 15 on a recumbant bike - which i find very uncomfortable and my feet fell asleep.. maybe i'm sitting on it wrong. *L*

Lizzi, my feet would always fall asleep on the gym's recumbant bike back in the day and i've heard other people complain about it too.

Friday was a dress up and go out day, so i didn't ride my bike. I really missed it. I did get about 90 minutes of walking in though.

Aquacize in about an hour

Saturday - 45-minute pilates class; 1-hour step aerobics.

Lizzi - i can never get comfortable on the recumbent bikes (and the regular stationary bikes give me bruises in unmentionable places ).
