Today: 1 hour bike ride, 30 minute walk Had to work late, so no aquacize tonight. At least I don't feel so guilty for missing occassionally now that I'm biking to work every day.

Tani, that is awesome that you bike to work. How far do you go?

Last night I did 13 minutes on the elliptical and then took an hour long hip-hop aerobics class.

Lizziness, keep it up! you rock!

Editing to add that I made it to the gym during lunch and did 30 minutes on the elliptical.

It's a little over 4 miles each way. It's the last leg of my bus-ferry-bike commute I love it because it's an hour a day of exercise that I don't need to think about, it's just automatic.

Lots of Walking and Dancing over my long weekend, but I wasn't keeping track BTW, I think that the story of the shoes that make you dance until you die was misreported, it's actually good drumming that makes you dance until you collapse in a twitching heap.

Today: 1 hour bike ride, 1/2 hour walk, and (tonight) 1 hour aquacize. Now I can't skip the pool because I wrote it down.
