Two Miles on the school track (8 laps) plus up the hill back to the parking lot. Phew! Need take my sunglasses tomorrow I think I have sun headache from squinting.

Yesterday - my walking buddy had a dr appt so I walked the field next to our place - it was only approx .30 miles down and back (I paced it off one way x my stride length) any way - today back to the track.

Wed afternoon - 2 miles on the track again - slightly quicker pace - my legs are sore today. Drank all my water yesterday - eating was pretty good.
