PROBLEM IN WEIGHT LOSS: I always seem to lose my motivation too soon.
WHAT IS DIFFERENT THIS TIME THAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL: I have a support network of IRL friends that I know will help me this time. Before, I was just moping in my apartment after work every day. Now I have running buddies
WEIGHT LOSS PLAN: Run, bicycle, swim, skate!! I wanna be in roller derby!
RELIGION: Raised Christian, hard-core Christian actually. I grew out of it sort of unwillingly when I turned 19, but I'm so, so glad now. I simply believe in my art and my dreams.
POLITICS: I voted for Obama because I was optimistic. I'm disappointed in him, but for simplicity's sake I'll call myself a Democrat.
PIERCINGS: Snug and labret. When I reach my mini-goals of 140 and 130 lbs, I'm getting second earlobe piercings. And possibly a nostril stud, if my face starts to look better as I reach my goals.
TATTOOS: If I can reach my goal and maintain for a year, I've promised myself a tattoo across my whole upper back. I'll have until then to design it.

PROBLEM IN WEIGHT LOSS: Being in complete denial that the way I eat and live have a direct impact on my inability to get passed 180.
WHAT IS DIFFERENT THIS TIME THAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL: Open eyes and an honest approach.
WEIGHT LOSS PLAN: Eat good fresh food, limit alcohol intake and move my body at least one a day. Whether that's going to the gym, riding my bike to work or going to the roller rink!
RELIGION: more spiritual, less religious-as tends to be the case on the west coast
POLITICS: liberal heading towards socialist
PIERCINGS: daath (i think that's what it's called. i got it when i was 20, so i don't really remember)

PROBLEM IN WEIGHT LOSS: commitment to healthy eating, being "to busy" to work out
WHAT IS DIFFERENT THIS TIME THAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL: I've recently finished nursing school and have my RN; I want to be a healthy nurse telling my patients how to take care of themselves. I'm also moving back to the city single and full of pep, so I want to rock the dating world!
I've also already lost 30 pounds and have been able to keep them off while being very stressed out. I figure if I can do that then i can keep on going towards my goal in a healthy, slow and sane manner.
WEIGHT LOSS PLAN: Clean eating (very limited: sugar, alcohol, processed/fried foods, dairy, red meat) Of course I allow myself breaks and treats, I just don't go overboard. I try to work-out at least 30 mins everyday. Most days I try to get an hour in . I love Zumba and walking. I also do some water jogging.
RELIGION: Malarchist

I will make my meals ahead of time when I have school and work and have only healthy options available to me. I WILL exercise and i can't put it off because it's not just for me it's also for my puppy who has to stay home alone for 8 hours a day!

WHAT IS DIFFERENT THIS TIME THAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL: Nothing but determination and a positive attitude and understanding I have to make the mental and emotional changes if the physical changes are to stick.
WEIGHT LOSS PLAN: Originally a gastric bypass patient (2006), I'm currently now on Medifast again to get a jumpstart back to how I should be eating.
RELIGION: I try to leave it out of conversations, but definitely devout on my own path.
POLITICS: Again, I leave it out of conversations. I'm pro gay marriage, pro equal rights, pro marijuana legalisation and that's about all I am gonna say.
PIERCINGS: Nose, and eleven in both ears (five per side and one upper cartilage).

WHAT IS DIFFERENT THIS TIME THAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL: I've been within 5lbs of my goal weight before and I remember saying to myself if I can do this anybody can.. so I'm going to listen to myself fully this time.
WEIGHT LOSS PLAN: Clean foods no sugar and trying to avoid anything processed.
RELIGION: Have yet to put myself into any type of religion.. I believe the earth and all of us are the religion it's just about coming together and uniting. If I had to say just one way of living it would be Kryon.

PIERCINGS: Small gauged ears, nose. Used to have my nipples and plan to have them again when I am comfortable with myself enough to lay topless in front of a stranger. Have had many others but only miss those 2.

PROBLEM IN WEIGHT LOSS: I get really busy with school and my fraternity and eat on-campus food which is not at all healthy. By the time I get home, I'm too drained to exercise and go to bed.
WHAT IS DIFFERENT THIS TIME THAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL: I'm probably going to Italy in May and I want to lose weight by then. Not just for the trip, but I'm sick of feeling like crap.
WEIGHT LOSS PLAN: Eating healthy (I'm doing a loose version of phase 2 of South Beach just so I have a guide), working out via treadmill, stationary bike and wii fit and hopefully walking a lot at work once I start (ski lifts).
RELIGION: Don't have one.
POLITICS: Everyone should have equal rights. People are people, nobody is lesser than someone else because of their religion, race, sex, gender, or sexual orientation. *gets off mini-soapbox*
