Okay I just read over my goals. I am doing okay on the not cheating the abs piece, but could also be doing a lot better.
I am a size 10!! And on top of that, all my large shirts are too large. I have to buy new ones.
Cardio has slacked off to only 4 days per week since cheer started but other than that, I am doing okay. Still getting in all my weight training.
